"I had heard about Sabine and her wonderful foundation for a long time, as I'm a fellow SMA type 1 mum, but our paths had not yet crossed. I finally contacted Sabine as a client of mine urged me to do so, and I officially joined the JSF team for the Zürich region in January 2018. The main reason for joining is to give back to the angel parent community in any way I can, and I couldn't have found a better organisation to do so. The JSF stands for the care, warmth and values that are closes to my heart, and it's an honour to be a part of it.
I didn’t set out to become a “Life Crisis Coach”.
It happened because life took me on a ride that I couldn’t have anticipated in a million years.
On the 15h of December 2006 we were told that our beautiful 3-month old
daughter Ingrid had a terminal genetic disease which would give her 5
more months to live. My heart literally stopped beating. How was I was
going to survive without my child?
After Ingrid passed away I went
on a quest to find ways to heal my broken heart. I began gathering
skills and know-how that led me back to feeling whole, peaceful and
confident to live a joyful life again.
Today I support clients from
all walks of life in my role as an EFT tapping practitioner, Grief
Recovery Specialist® and Reiki practitioner. I work in English, Swedish,
German and Swiss German.
I want you to know that you are not alone, and you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to listen and hold your hand, so please don’t hesitate to contact me. You are in my thoughts.
